BOBCAT CLUB
The Bobcat Club promotes athletics at GC. Our membership fees are used to:
- Fund athletic scholarships
- Help defray the cost of supplies and equipment needed to enhance the athletic teams
- Fund promotional events at athletic contests
- Sponsor the annual golf tournament
- Sponsor the annual athletic auction
- Fund special projects for all athletic programs
Your support provided many highlights for Bobcat Athletics this past year:
- GC won the Peach Belt Conference Women's Basketball Tournament for the fifth time
- GC led the Peach Belt with the highest percentage of student-athletes named to the Peach Belt Presidential Honor Roll (3.0 GPA or higher)
- Six of the 10 GC teams participated in NCAA post season play
- Matthew Yonz of the men's golf program named Academic All-American and Senior Academic Honor Recipient from the Board of Regents
